Due to the general nature of ticket inventory, placement of an order through our web site is not a guarantee of tickets. Your ticket order will be filled and confirmed via phone or email on a first-come, first-serve basis. All of our tickets are subject to prior sale. Placement of the order is binding upon you for payment should your order be filled. In the event an order cannot be filled, we will notify you either via phone or email within two working days. If we cannot fill your order with the exact seats requested we may (at our option): a.) Upgrade your seat location at no additional charge. No notification will be given. b.) Offer you a better seat for more money. We will notify you for approval. c.) Offer you a lesser seat for less money. We will notify you for approval.
All ticket prices listed on the site are per ticket. FedEx shipping will be added to the order. All sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges. If an event is completely cancelled we will refund your purchase price less any shipping and/ or other fees. The total charge in the event of a canellation is generally 5-10% of your original purchase price from us. In the event of cancellation the buyer must return the original tickets to us within 30 days to receive a refund. It is recommended that you use trackable means to return tickets to us in the event of an event cancellation. Postponement or rescheduling of a show or an event does not qualify for a refund and the tickets should be used for the new rescheduled date unless otherwise notified. Weather conditions may affect an event or travel to and from it, there are no refunds for unused tickets or for the loss of enjoyment caused by these weather conditions.
